FLOORING
The updated portable handling system features everyone’s favorite rubber floor. The maintenance-free, molded rubber flooring in the Q-Catch 86 Series cattle chute is the quietest flooring system, and provides far greater traction than steel. Supported with 7-gauge metal floor pans with drainage holes from front to back.
NEW 3E SYSTEM [PATENT-PENDING]
The new 3E BudFlow® includes an additional panel to the side of the alley, and 30” sheeting on the first panel cattle see upon entering the tub. These low sheeted panels allow cattle to see more light, and give them the impression they are escaping rather than entering an enclosed space. The new 3E System greatly improves cattle entry into the tub, and prevents hold-ups as they go to enter the alley.
NEW ELECTRIC JACKS [PATENT-PENDING] ****AVALIABLE OPTION!!
A completely redesigned jack system works from a single point of operation located immediately behind the chute. The electric jacks feature a 24V system, powered by two maintenance-free 12V Arrowquip AGM batteries connected in series. The new electric jack system can lift and lower the unit in under two minutes.
TRANSPORTATION
The new portable has been drastically improved for easier transportation of the unit. The collapsible tub measures just 64” wide when folded in, and the improved hitch has an added gusset for additional support, the wheels are easily installed or removed with two pins, and the bracket can be adjusted into three different positions to work with different vehicles. Available with a 2.8333” ball hitch or pin hitch, to add additional flexibility to your towing setup.
