Shipping Information

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Order processing will take up to 1- 3 business days (not including weekends or holidays) to be packaged and shipped out.
  • Items placed in shopping cart are not reserved until payment has been processed at checkout.
  • Orders that are placed on Saturday and Sunday will not get processed until the following business day.
  • We use PayPal as a payment gateway, however a PayPal account is NOT required for checkout. You have the option to pay using your Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover card - simply select Pay with Debit or Credit Card on the bottom of the PayPal Screen.
  • All transactions are secure and no additional fees will be incurred.
  • If paying with a PayPal account, please make sure the shipping address on your Paypal account match your address on our order form.
  • Ground delivery can range from 1 to 5 five business days to most locations in Canada once it leaves our shipping department (unless otherwise stated on the item.) Please note that this is not a guaranteed timeline.
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends. If you have a time-sensitive parcel please call 1-877-887-9391 for further details.

To ensure expedient delivery, we have teamed up with ShipTime for efficient courier service. This company utilizes CanpAr, Purolator, UPS and Dicom. These companies deliver during the day, and we currently require a signature for deliveries. We strongly recommend that if no one is home during the day to accept a parcel that you give us a business address, place of work, or friendly neighbours address to deliver your parcel. Otherwise, the parcel will be attempted to be delivered 2 more times. After 3 failed delivery attempts the courier company will take the parcel to nearest depot for pick up by the customer.
These companies are unable to ship to PO Boxes or rural route numbers, so we require a physical address (fire/house number and road name).

If you need your parcel to be shipped by Canada Post, we will need to quote you a price. In extreme cases, we will contact you about high freight charges. With the high cost of fuel, all freight companies have passed huge price increases onto us. We are absorbing what we can, and we aim to keep our freight charges as low as possible.
