Who uses it:

• Breeding farms requiring one feed for mare and foal. This feed can also be used as a grower ration for late yearlings.

Description:

• An extruded horse ration processed to make nutrients more available, to expand its volume, and make it safer for feeding the mare and foal.

• Available only in the extruded form, coated with soya oil
  Extrusion expands the volume of the ration to reduce the incidence of digestive upsets. Digestibility is improved by the extrusion. Reduces dust and fines and extends shelf life of the feed.
• Contains 16% crude protein
    Versatile feed which provides the amino acids essential for Gestation, lactation, as well as growth.
• Contains a high level of calcium, phosphorous, trace minerals and vitamins
    Required for milk production and necessary to support bone growth of healthy foals during the first year of their life.
• Contains 40 mg/kg copper
    Involved in hemoglobin formation and bone development, both important for good health of the mare, foal, stallion and yearling.
• Contains a high level of energy from grain sources as well as vegetable oil.
    Energy levels needed to support lactation and growth.
